Return & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cascadia products.
Unopened soap and accessory products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, skincare products, body care products, and other personal care items cannot be returned once purchased.
If you are not completely satisfied with a skincare product, please reach out to us. While we are unable to accept returns on personal care items, we are committed to finding a solution and may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
To initiate a return or discuss a product concern, please contact us at hello@cascadiaskincare.com with your order number and details of your request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
