1. Roll Arnica Muscle Ease onto shoulders, neck, knees or anywhere that feels tense, then massage in.
2. Roll the Calm blend onto wrists, neck or behind the ears and breathe in. Reapply whenever you need a moment.
Good to know: Arnica Muscle Ease is for external use only. Avoid eyes, broken skin and sensitive areas, and wash hands after use. Not recommended for children under 12 or during pregnancy.

Arnica and comfrey are infused into organic jojoba, then blended with menthol, eucalyptus and rosemary for a fresh, tingling glide. I’ve tried several of the fragrance oils. They all smell good in their own way. I like Decadence the best, however none of them last past application. I wish I could smell them thoughout the day.

I really like the convenience of the body perfume roll on of my favourites lavender,jouvence, and decadence. So easy to slip into my wallet and the body butter is divine as well. So many times when I hug people they will say you smell so good. I really like the natural oils.
