A Note to Our U.S. Customers

Many of you have been with Cascadia for decades, and for more than 30 years, we’ve been grateful for the close and peaceful trade relationship between Canada and the United States. We still strongly believe in that relationship today.

While tariff headlines and threats have been hard to avoid in recent years, Cascadia has never been materially impacted by them under the CUSMA agreement, as our products are made in Canada.

What we have seen, however, is a noticeable decline in U.S. orders as uncertainty has grown. We understand why. It can be difficult to know what actually applies when the headlines make cross-border shopping sound more complicated than it really is. For Cascadia customers, things have remained largely business as usual.

Behind the scenes, we have experienced higher shipping costs and additional administrative work, but we have never wanted to pass that stress on to you.

The shipping price you see from Cascadia includes applicable duties, so there are no surprise tariff or duty bills waiting for you after your order arrives.

If you’ve been hesitant to order from Canada, we hope this offers a little reassurance. We’re still here in Vancouver, making the same products we’ve made for decades and shipping them to our U.S. customers with the same care as always.
