B4 I discovered Cascadia I hadn’t met Arnica. Seems my mother didn’t know of it either. I love your concoction of Arnica Massage & Joint bar. I have tried many over the years since I found yours, but Cascadia Skin Care is the best. I often rub it on my aching gardener arm or sore hip at bed time. I’m ache free by morning. I rub it on my arthritic hands while sitting watching TV & knitting. Soon I have forgotten any discomfort. I have given it away to many over the years. I buy both sizes. I throw a small one in my purse or back pack depending on the day & what I’m up to. I have given many as gifts. It is wonderful to know of something that addresses pain that isn’t in the form of a pill or cigarette.
I am living in my 65th year & try to do Hasfit Core exercise regime every two days. I tried a new one two days ago & ended up with an achy ankle. I simple rubbed my Cascadia Arnica Massge & Joint Bar on it & simply forgot about it.
I slipped on my wet slimy outdoor stairs in early December after putting out fresh Hummingbird feeder syrup. Boy did my left buttock get bruised. I rubbed Arnica Massage & Joint bar from Cascadia on my huge bruise. Physics has now given me a sore right hip 4 weeks after the fall. Bruise is gone from left buttock transferring discomfort to my right hip. I just rub my Arnica massage & Joint bar on the area & go live my life. Sure wish my mom had known about arnica when I was a kid. I make sure she always has a supply of Arnica Massage & Joint bar on hand for her arthritic knees. Its better than asprin!
